Taiwan, US to begin Patent Prosecution Highway pilot project

Canadian Intellectual Property Office grants patent to CardioGenics’ QL Care Analyzer

CardioGenics Holdings Inc. announced today that it has been notified by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office that its patent application for the “core technology” utilized in its ultra-sensitive point-of-care immuno-analyzer, the QL Care Analyzer, has been granted.
