Judy Moody’ author, Pittsburgher Megan McDonald, to share her tales

As a child growing up in Ross, Megan McDonald heard how her father, an Irish ironworker, poured his might into building the Sixth, Seventh and Ninth street bridges. “He’d always put hard hats on us and take us to these bridge sites,” said the author of the popular “Judy Moody” series about a wild-haired red-headed third-grader from Australia.
